ONLINE GROUP YOGA CLASSES & ONLINE PERSONAL PRACTICE SESSIONS
Our Approach:
The practise of yoga gives you access to techniques that can help you in learning and developing skills in breath awareness (understanding it’s link to the nervous system), stress reduction (balancing the nervous system), mindfulness, increasing focus, building better self awareness regarding our physical and mental health, the capacity to be calm under pressure from within the body or external events, and moderating our emotions.
Clear and focused observation are the corner stones of the yoga practice. The most useful and effective things in our toolkit. Everything is built around testing our capacity to remain focused, calm and balanced while placing varying degrees of stress and difficultly on your body, your breath and your mind.
To be able to observe without judgement exactly what we are or are not doing, saying, thinking, experiencing. Once we can observe with skill and impartiality we can make good decisions based off clear and increasingly accurate information.
We approach the challenge of yoga (both the physical and mental) in an enjoyable, fun, lighthearted way. Movement and breathing should feel good. Being calm in our minds should feel familiar. What can my joints do, what feels great for me, what level of effort challenges me but maintains balance and steadiness in mind and breath. All good questions.
Group Classes:
We have group classes which you can access through the booking page.
If there is a time slot you prefer that’s not on the schedule please get in contact.
We are super happy to create new classes.
Personal Practice:
We also offer one - one personalised practice sessions.
These sessions focus on building a yoga practice that works best for you as an individual. Addressing your practice goals and developing an approach that accounts for your particular combination of experience and life history with movement, injuries, stressors, and daily life demands. Class Options & Price
This Month :: $12 per class = $36 for the 3 weeks. All classes 60 mins.
Tuesday: 5.30 - 6.30pm
Saturday: 8 - 9am
To secure your spot fees are due upon registration. Please let us know if you require a receipt for health fund rebates.
If you prefer bank transfer payments get in contact and we will organise it for you.
Please Note: All classes are to be attended within the term or forfeited. Fees are transferable to another person within the term but are non-refundable. Please get in contact if you intend to transfer classes to another person.
