Exploring Meditation & Pranayama Practises


Designed as a compliment to longer form face to face classes.
I am always encouraging clients to consider a small morning practice as a great way to promote steady and easy ongoing change in our bodies because: more movement = happier body (joints, muscles, organs, blood flow, nervous system all happier).

I thought this would be a great way to achieve a few aims:
1. help to build the daily habit
2. a nice way to have accountability in doing the work
3. having the support of a class format which is varied and fun

About Pranayama:

We explore breathing techniques, focus and concerntration with the aim to create rock solid foundations. So you clearly understand how to work confidently and over time precisely with your breath. In a way that promotes real comfort and balance and relieves some of the stressors on our nervous system.

It is easy to rush in and change everything and much more challenging to stand back, observe and engage slowly and minimally with our natural breath in it’s comfortable rhythm over time.



About meditation:

It is a practice of bringing the mind repeatedly to a calmer and gradually quieter state, then working on sustaining that state for longer periods of time. It’s useful to understand how to train the habit of meditation so our brain gets used to the process and we can begin to see the benefits developed through sustained practice.


It’s all about the little bit often, get familiar, build a habit, enjoy the results. Everyone can meditate and breath better these are learnt skills and we all have the capacity to learn. Just letting you know it can be a lovely good feeling experience when you approach it this way.

Personalised Instruction:

Ask the questions you want and get the targeted feedback you need.
To develop a stronger practise at the pace and frequency you prefer.

Get in contact to set up some one-one sessions. These can be from 15 - 30mins or longer depending on what you need.


To secure your spot fees are due upon registration. Please let us know if you require a receipt for health fund rebates.

If you prefer bank transfer payments get in contact and we will organise it for you.

Please Note: All classes are to be attended within the term or forfeited. Fees are transferable to another person within the term but are non-refundable. Please get in contact if you intend to transfer classes to another person.
