We are offering a range of online classes.

Covid19
We are currently assessing the changed work landscape and are looking at how in person classes will run going forward. We are aware most workplaces are now functioning with a combined office and work from home schedule.

The answer may be in also combining live in person classes and live online classes to give you all as many options as possible.

We will continue to run these class options going forward. They offer quite a lot of flexiblity and ease to participants. Please check out the page we have dedicated to all things online class related.

Class Prices

City yoga studios charge from $22 - $30 for casual classes and $185 - $240 for 10 class passes. At Work Yoga classes are taught by experienced teachers, are low cost plus attending the class in your workplace makes it very convenient.

Complimentary term of yoga

Sound good? We'd love to get your family and friends on the mat in their workplaces. 
If you're loving your At Work Yoga classes then let people know. If a workplace signs
up to a term of yoga with us from your recommendation we'll offer you a complimentary term of yoga, valued at $160.

Meditation classes - interested?

We'd like to start offering stand alone meditation classes at ATO.
